The Beginner Driver Education Course at Ward’s Driving School is a comprehensive training program specializing defensive driving and road safety. Our Beginner Driver Education Course provides students with thorough understanding of the rules of the road through instructor lead in-class instructions partnered with hands on experience with one-on-one in-vehicle driving lessons.
The Beginner Driver Education Course consists of:
Our courses run Monthly, Weekends and special 4 day Courses.
*Upon successful completion of the Beginner Driver Education Course, students must request a "Driver's License History WITH Drivers Education Training" through one of the Service Ontario Offices - this IS your MTO Certificate.*
The Beginner Driver Education Course consists of:
- 30 hours of E-Learning course
- 10 hours in-vehicle training
- Defensive driving techniques and systems
- Private in-car lessons, personal one to one training
- Free home, work or school pickup within city limits
- MTO Certification*
- Reduce G1 exit road test wait by 4 months
- Absolutely no experience necessary

Pricing for Beginner Driver Education Course
- Total cost of the Beginner Driver Education Course is $750 (HST inc.)
Breakdown
- E-Learning course; $375 (HST inc.) for 30 hours of E-Learning course
- In-vehicle instruction; $375 (HST inc.) for 10 hours of one-on-one instruction
- A $375 deposit is required to secure a spot in a class
- Cheques can be made out to "Wards New Drivers Inc." and mailed to 882 Apricot Dr, London, ON N6K 5A9
- e-Transfer payments accepted via email
- Pay-as-you-go options available
- Missed classes may be subject to a fee
